Elizabeth has a strong working foundation and corporate history in business strategy, general management, sales and business development, and people development. She is an experienced business strategist, change management consultant, business facilitator, corporate coach of CEOs and senior managers, corporate communications consultant and company director.
Elizabeth has worked at Board and CEO level in a range of industries and business environments including the media (digital media, television, radio, publishing, and ambient media), aged care, manufacturing, law, government, and corporate finance. This diversity of industry categories connects her to the challenges facing people and organizations today.
Elizabeth holds a Master of Commerce (E-Commerce), a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She holds Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 accreditation with the Australian Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, a Member of the Association of Coaches and has graduated from the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Elizabeth is an Accredited Practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, and Accredited Practitioner of the Life Styles Inventory 1 and 2 and Group Styles Inventory (Human Synergistics) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management. Elizabeth coaches senior executives on a pro-bono basis for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, a not-for-profit organization which supports people living with cerebral palsy and is a Board Member for ChilOut, an organization working and advocating for the release of children in Australian immigration detention. She also sits on the Board of WAGEC – The Women’s and Girls Emergency Centre. WAGEC is a not-for-profit organisation that provides emergency accommodation, provisions and services for women and children who have been victims of domestic violence and sexual or child abuse.
Elizabeth works on a daily basis with senior executives helping them to navigate the disruptive forces of technology and innovation, manage the pace of change and ensuring alignment between Board direction and their strategic initiatives. She believes in the power of “influence with elegance” to achieve high performance business results.

Prior to working with Communications For Commerce as an Affiliate Consultant, Jude held senior executive roles in a career spanning 20 years in the Television Media Industry. Her most recent position was the Head of Strategy and Integration at Network Ten, prior to this she was Client Service Director at the Seven Network.
Jude has ‘hands on’ experience to draw from as she supports leaders and their teams to step up to the challenges of doing business in increasingly demanding environments. She understands the importance of leaders and their teams being accountable to personal and shared business goals and the important part this plays in putting yourself ‘ahead of the game’ in business today.
Jude holds a Diploma of Counselling and is currently completing a Bachelor of Counselling (Coaching). She is an Accredited Practitioner of the Life Styles Inventory (LSI/GSI); holds Accreditation in the HBDI model and Executive Coaching qualifications through the Institute of Executive Coaching. She is an accredited Mentor with RAISE – The Youth Mentoring Foundation – a non-profit organisation that through the delivery of Mentoring programs and personal development workshops - aims to improve the lives of young people facing profound challenges.
